Cancellation & Refund Policy

At Classical Wings Dance Academy, we put a lot of planning and commitment into every class and event. Hence, we have a clear and fair cancellation and refund policy to maintain balance and discipline.

Cancellation by Student

If a student chooses to leave the course before completion, no refund will be provided. The only exception may be a medical emergency (supported by a doctor’s note), in which case a partial credit may be considered for future use.

Cancellation by Academy

In unavoidable circumstances like natural disasters, government restrictions (e.g., COVID-19 lockdown), or technical issues, the academy may cancel classes. In such cases, we will offer:

Special Programs & Event Bookings

Fees for shows like Spectrum, wedding choreography, school/college events, and workshops are non-refundable once booked. These events require advance planning and resource allocation. If the event is cancelled by the academy, we will issue a full refund or credit.

If a student cannot attend due to illness or personal reason, the academy may offer a credit toward future programs — subject to approval.

Online Classes

Once access to online classes or resources is shared, no refunds will be processed. Please ensure your device, internet, and environment are suitable before joining. Technical issues on the student’s end do not qualify for compensation.
