Terms & Conditions
These terms define the relationship between Classical Wings Dance Academy and our students. By enrolling in our classes, you agree to follow these rules that ensure a positive, respectful, and enriching environment for all.
Admission & Participation
Our academy welcomes learners of all ages and backgrounds. Admission is based on passion, willingness to learn, and class availability. Students are expected to attend classes regularly and be punctual. Poor attendance without intimation may affect participation in events like Spectrum, Holi shows, or other celebrations.
Fee Structure
All class fees must be paid in advance (monthly, quarterly, or as per plan). Fee deadlines must be respected to avoid late penalties or suspension from classes.
Important Fee Guidelines:
- Fees are non-refundable and non-transferable
- Trial or drop-in classes (if offered) are separately charged
- Any government tax or extra facility (like costumes or instruments) will be charged additionally
Class Behavior & Etiquette
We expect all students and parents to maintain respectful behavior in class. Disruption, misconduct, or disrespect towards instructors, fellow students, or staff is not tolerated and may result in temporary or permanent removal from classes.
Students must wear suitable attire for each session (e.g., classical wear for Kathak, flexible outfits for fitness/yoga). Mobile usage during class must be avoided unless necessary.
Academy Property
We request all students to treat academy equipment (like tabla, mirrors, sound systems) with care. Any damage caused intentionally or due to negligence may require compensation.
Media Consent & Copyright
All choreography, teaching material, and event concepts (e.g., Spectrum) are the intellectual property of the academy. Recording classes or sharing content without permission is strictly prohibited.
